The KUOW Book Club will be airing my interview with Katie Campbell, host of the book club of this NPR station at the University of Washington. Katie is a self-described “bird nerd” with a special love for Florida Scrub Jays…and now Pigeon Guillemots. I’m delighted that she selected my book for the June book club read. Perfect timing as these marvelous “hidden-in-plain-sight” seabirds are coming to shore all along the Salish Sea to nest right now. I’ll post a link to the interview here on Monday, June 8th.
